Roxsand VA From 5 generations of States Premium Mares comes our very own imported Hanoverian mare from Germany by Rosentau (Rubinstein/ Noble Roi) out of SPS Whoopi (Weltmeyer/ Calypso II). Roxsand was imported as a world cup prospect at age 3, shown heavily as a 3 & 4 yr old to many championships & scores 80-84% from in-hand thru 1st level on the east coast. Then we acquired her & had 2 foals by Fabuleux, who went on to win many Grand championships & USEF HOY & Hanoverian awards for us. These 2 fillies were sold to trainers in the NW as coming 2 yr olds. In 2008 we had another stunning filly, Desire WF, by Donarweiss (De Niro/ Hohenstein), and wow is she amazing. We're trying to keep her until her 3 or 4 yr old riding career begins so we can take her to the YH shows. Desire was just entered into the Main Marebook for American Hanoverian Society at Inspection at Wild Turkey Farm in Wilsonville, OR. Please see Sales page for info on Desire WF.
In 2009, R. Wild Diamond WF came along, by Renoir WF--and well it just doesn't get any better than this. He's gelded now so I can keep him as my riding horse. SUPER quiet, quite tall (taller than Renior at this age), and is the sweetest house pet. We love him!
Roxie is now being ridden lightly to see if we can show her in the Dressage ring again, and she just gained Premium Marebook Status at the Oldenburg NA Inspection at Devonwood, in Sherwood, OR. She was the high scoreing horse of the day!!!! Then her 3rd place Premium Mare on the West Coast arrived in the mail--Roxie's continueing her winning ways even now as a broodmare.
She is also now in the Main Marebook of German Oldenburg Verband, and Hanoveranner Verband, as well as AHS & ISR/ Oldenburg NA here in the USA! Now one of the top broodmares in the country.

This is dam of "Contendress WF" . I bred & raised Esperanza in 2000. By Contango out of one of my original broodmares, Serena WF, a big black TB mare who could jump a5'6" course, & won in the Dressage arena in Los Angeles beating all the big WB's in her day--she was a super mover, went up the levels quickly, and passed this trait onto her daughter & grandkid, Contendress WF.
Esperanza is an amazing athlete...there's nothing like sitting on a horse who's bred to do what she's doing...this mare can find a distance from 7 strides out! I had Jack Hammond from Thumbs Up Farm, many times World Champion Hunter Rider, train & show Esperanza in 2004. After that I mainly did Dressage w/ her, and I trained her myself up thru PSG, 2 tempis, piros, all the great stuff. She sold in '09 & She is now doing the big jumpers in AZ.
